## GET /api/v2/billing/account

**Get billing account**

Return the authenticated billing identity, account classification, billing country and currency, account-credit balance, and normalized registration identifier. Invoice-specific payment availability remains on each invoice's `paymentMethods` block.

#### 429 - Rate limited. Retry after the limit resets. 429 responses include `Retry-After` seconds plus `X-RateLimit-*` headers.
