## POST /api/v2/domains/bulk/renew

**Queue bulk domain renewals**

Queue renewal orders for multiple domains. Send public `dom_...` IDs in `domainIds`. This endpoint intentionally preserves partial-skip semantics: foreign, invalid, or ineligible domains are returned in `skipped[]`, while the owned eligible subset may still queue. If every submitted domain is skipped, the response is `200` with `operation: null` and `allSkipped: true`. Contact sub-accounts need order-placement permission in addition to the `write:domains` and `write:billing` scopes.

#### 202 - Bulk renewal job queued. Poll `operation.pollUrl` for completion; inspect `skipped[]` for domains not queued.
