## GET /api/v2/support/attachments/{id}

**Download support attachment**

Download a support ticket attachment as binary data. Use the full `downloadUrl` returned on `GET /api/v2/support/tickets/{id}` attachment objects; it contains both the public `tatt_...` attachment ID and the required `ticketId` query parameter. The API verifies the attachment belongs to that ticket before fetching the blob.

### Parameters

- `ticketId` (query, string, required): Public support ticket ID (`tkt_...`) from the ticket detail response. Required to bind the attachment download to an authorized ticket. Example: `tkt_01hxa3b4c5d6e7f8g9h0j1k2m3`
- `id` (path, string, required): Public support attachment ID. Get it from a support ticket detail attachment `attachments[].id` or `messages[].attachments[].id`. Do not invent this value; use the exact ID returned by the referenced API response. Example: `satt_01hxa3b4c5d6e7f8g9h0j1k2m3`

#### 404 - Attachment was not found on the referenced ticket.

#### 429 - Rate limited. Retry after the limit resets. 429 responses include `Retry-After` seconds plus `X-RateLimit-*` headers.
