## POST /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/backups/databases/{backupId}/actions/restore

**Restore database backup**

Queue a selective restore of exactly one database. The selected database is replaced by the chosen restore point. Website files, email, DNS and other databases are not restored. The action accepts no options; send an empty object or omit the body.

### Parameters

- `accountId` (path, string, required): Public shared-hosting account ID. Do not invent this value; use the exact ID returned by the referenced API response. Example: `acct_01hxa3b4c5d6e7f8g9h0j1k2m3`
- `backupId` (path, string, required): Public database backup ID from the database backups endpoint. Do not invent this value; use the exact ID returned by the referenced API response. Example: `acct_01hxa3b4c5d6e7f8g9h0j1k2m3`
