Request a Peppol invoice copy

POST /api/v2/billing/invoices/{id}/actions/resend-peppol

Queue an explicit copy of an unpaid invoice to its original recipient.

Read email-info first and confirm recipientId and transactionId.

Reuse requestId for transport retries.

The worker fetches the original Qvalia document and uses overwrite=true only for this deliberate copy.

It creates no invoice, changes no future preferences and never automatically repeats an ambiguous overwrite.

Follow email-info for completion.
