Restart VPS

Gracefully reboot a running VPS through the guest OS. restart and reset both queue a reboot operation, but restart is graceful by default and reset is always a hard reboot. Power action guide: use start when the VPS is stopped; use shutdown for normal graceful power-off; use stop only for emergency forced power-off; use restart for normal graceful reboot; use reset only for a hard reboot. Check GET /api/v2/vps/{id} actions.canRestart before calling. Get {id} from GET /api/v2/vps data[].id. Send no body for the normal graceful path. Set force: true only as an escalation when the guest is unresponsive; if you already know you need a hard reboot, use POST /api/v2/vps/{id}/actions/reset instead. Returns 202 with an operation envelope; poll operation.pollUrl until the job reaches a terminal status.
