Delete domain redirect

Delete a saved URL redirect rule. Get {id} from GET /api/v2/domains data[].id and {ruleId} from GET /api/v2/domains/{id}/redirects rules[].id. Deleting the redirect stops the URL forwarding and may also clean up redirect-only DNS anchor records when no redirects remain. If you only want to pause forwarding, PATCH the rule with enabled: false instead. For orphan cleanup, list with include=orphans, pass the orphan public ID as {ruleId}, and add type=orphan.

Public redirect rule ID from `GET /api/v2/domains/{id}/redirects` `rules[].id`, or orphan proxy rule ID from `orphanedProxyRules[].id` when `type=orphan`. Do not invent this value; use the exact ID returned by the referenced API response.
