Scan for unmanaged WordPress sites

Detect WordPress installations under the hosting account that are not yet managed by the WordPress control-panel integration. Use returned installationKey values with POST /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/wordpress/import to import selected sites.

Use Authorization: Bearer <token> for API keys. Dashboard sessions may also use hostup_session.
