Download Apple Mail setup profile for an email account

GET /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/email-accounts/{address}/mobileconfig

Return an Apple configuration profile (application/x-apple-aspen-config) that sets up one mailbox in the Mail app on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

The response is the file itself, not JSON, served as an attachment named <address>.mobileconfig.

The profile contains the IMAP and SMTP servers, ports and the username (the full email address), never a password; the device asks for the mailbox password when the profile is installed.

Get accountId from GET /api/v2/shared-hosting data[].id.

The {address} path value can be the email address ([email protected]) or the public email account ID returned by GET /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/email-accounts emailAccounts[].id.

The mailbox domain must be hosted on the account, otherwise the request fails with 403 domain_not_owned.

For a link that a phone without a client-area login can open (for example as a QR code), use POST /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/email-accounts/{address}/actions/mail-profile-link.

Accounts on HostUp's previous hosting platform return 409 account_not_eligible_cpanel.
