Enable or disable WordPress plugin

POST /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/wordpress-plugins/{slug}/actions/toggle

Enable or disable an installed plugin by renaming its folder. The action is idempotent and can be used when WordPress or its administration interface cannot start.
