Get invoice delivery history

GET /api/v2/billing/invoices/{id}/email-info

Read current email targets and recorded email/Peppol delivery.

Historical Peppol recipients come from the original document, not current settings. available=false means evidence is unavailable.

After a resend, refresh this read to follow queued, sending, sent and confirmed delivery.

Sent does not prove accounting-system import.
