List hosting SSH keys

Return SSH public keys installed on a shared-hosting account, the ready-to-copy SSH command, and the actions.canAdd gate. This is distinct from account-level VPS SSH keys. Get {accountId} from GET /api/v2/shared-hosting.

Authentication

Required API scopes: read:hostingconsole:services

Use Authorization: Bearer <token> for API keys. Dashboard sessions may also use hostup_session.
