List hosting databases

Return databases for a shared-hosting account. Accounts without database support return databases: [] rather than an error.

Authentication

Required API scopes: read:hostingconsole:services

Use Authorization: Bearer <token> for API keys. Dashboard sessions may also use hostup_session.
