Reopen support ticket

Reopen a closed support ticket and return the refreshed ticket detail. Use id from GET /api/v2/support/tickets data[].id or from GET /api/v2/support/tickets/{id}. This action takes no request body.

Use Authorization: Bearer <token> for API keys. Dashboard sessions may also use hostup_session.

Public support ticket ID. Get it from GET /api/v2/support/tickets `data[].id`. Numeric ticket numbers are accepted during migration. Do not invent this value; use the exact ID returned by the referenced API response.
