Install WordPress

Install WordPress on a shared-hosting account. Get {accountId} from GET /api/v2/shared-hosting. Use GET /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/domains to choose a hosted domain first. directory is optional and must be a safe relative path; omit it to install at the domain root.
