Delete email forwarder destinations

Remove destination bindings from a shared-hosting email forwarder. Hosting forwarders are stored as source/destination pairs, so the body must name the destinations to unbind. {address} can be a literal source address such as [email protected] or the efwd_... ID returned by the hosting forwarder list. This does not delete domain-level email-forwarding rules under /api/v2/domains/{id}/email-forwarding.
