Download support attachment

Download a support ticket attachment as binary data. Use the full downloadUrl returned on GET /api/v2/support/tickets/{id} attachment objects; it contains both the public tatt_... attachment ID and the required ticketId query parameter. The API verifies the attachment belongs to that ticket before fetching the blob.

Required API scope: read:support

Use Authorization: Bearer <token> for API keys. Dashboard sessions may also use hostup_session.

Public support attachment ID. Get it from a support ticket detail attachment `attachments[].id` or `messages[].attachments[].id`. Do not invent this value; use the exact ID returned by the referenced API response.

Query Parameters

Public support ticket ID (`tkt_...`) from the ticket detail response. Required to bind the attachment download to an authorized ticket.
