Import WordPress installations

Import unmanaged WordPress installations into the hosting control-panel integration. First call GET /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/wordpress/actions/scan; then send the returned installationKey values. Omit installationKeys to let the provider import all detected installations.

Use Authorization: Bearer <token> for API keys. Dashboard sessions may also use hostup_session.
