List WordPress backups

Return WordPress backups stored for a shared-hosting account. Get {accountId} from GET /api/v2/shared-hosting. This is a bounded account snapshot, not a cursor-paginated list. installationId links each backup to a WordPress site ID when the provider reports one.

Use Authorization: Bearer <token> for API keys. Dashboard sessions may also use hostup_session.
